Re: [Ausloco] ATN test run on Friday?

It appears that on that trip down "the hill" air brakes, dynamic brakes,
sand and quite a few hand brakes were applied/used to enable the train
to get to PK in one piece. It was fortunate that there were more than
two people in the cab. It would appear that without the hand brakes, a
big hook might have been called for.

The flat wheels were quite audible when the locos and vehicles departed
Junee for Melbourne on the Friday following the hairy run down the hill
and their subsequent return to flatter country.
