Re: X38

Aus loco discussion mailing list

Morning all,

I fully agree. We have just had a posting of an EL at Hume that is hauling
its train blank end leading. A very unusual operating occurrance. Not only
are the 44 class a different looking locomotive when running 2 end leading,
but so are the X class, NR's, 47's, etc.

I also sighted the EL+1873 combination and I must say that they they looked
very impressive with both cabs leading, more so than if they were back to
back. Lets ensure that we keep up the FULL reporting of our sightings for
the benefit of all those who subscribe to this list.

Regards,

Mark.
