Apparently the H's are being returned to broad gauge so they can be used on
the Geelong Grain loop, releasing the two G's currently used for road work.
H's are fitted with low speed, but hasn't one of the green T's been recently
been fitted with this?

Both T390 and H1 changed gauges last week so it would be likely they swapped
bogies with each other.
