There is a 25 mins photostop in the
section between Kyabram and Echuca and this could be foregone so that they run
early. Alternatively, the Toolamba time may be earlier by forgoing "pikky
stops" earlier in the day.
The southbound departs Echuca at 1500
hrs and travels via Bendigo to Castlemaine and then across country to
Maryborough and on through Ballarat to Melb.
Consist is S313 + four or five
cars.
