Our carriages are stainless steel, so we use acid/alkali for genral wash. There
was a graffiti remover that is useful on these, which was used to clean
Canberra's PHN, but I can't recall what it was. Still, not much good for
painted surfaces. You could always try Aerogard - It may work.
The buildings just keep getting painted over.
