The best way to get rid of graffiti is to prevent it. IF possible, you 
should keep the locos shedded and locked at night, where no-one, hopefully 
can get to them. I am 13 years of age, Australian, and think that grffiti 
"artists" are dickheads who should be locked up in prison.
