The NR wouldn't be able to venture west of Narromine. Although the line has
recently been rerailed between Narromine and Auscott approval has not been
given for 81/82/NR's to go west of  Narromine. The 442s could go west of
Narromine however the 60kg rail near Hermidale would prevent them from going
to Cobar.
