X38 (V/Line colours with "V/Line Freight" lettering) led 1822 (maroon
and silver) and 25 wagons, all but 3 fully loaded through Sunshine at
about 1145 today bound for Dynon.

1822 looks a little oddly proportioned, with bogies that seem much too
big for such a small bodied loco. The bogies look somewhat Alco-ish,
what is their origin?
