Harassment on the rails

There was a group of four hilliside heavies pounding on two school kids,
it appears they gave them every chance to pay and made them get out at
their destination and purchase tickets.

Strange that they are checking tickets in the off-peak and have started
doing it during the school holidays.  Do they pick on people their own
size?
