The use of CCTV is of cause the best solution, BUT IT COSTS MONEY, mirrors
are much cheaper and whilst in Perth or Adelaide it was decided to use
cameras, they are only small systems compared to Melbourne and Sydney where
the cost of CCTV would be considerably more.
