That is bloody pathetic! they're not linked together so it'll be more of fiddling with computers than actual customer "service".

 No, that will be a seperate development contract that they let is say 5
years from now :-)

 Martin Place control room was getting crowded out by PCs. 1 x DVA, 1 x SPI, 
1 x Train Describer.
