Yep, definitely the Laura River Bridge, on the Cooktown Railway.
This picture is on page 11 of  "The Cooktown Railway" by J. W Knowles,
and published by the ARHS (Qld Div).
The picture is noted as being from the "A.F. King collection"

The bridge was completed in 1891, rails disconnected about 1930, and
destroyed by a flood in 1940.  Never officially opened, AFAIK, and used by a
handful of trains.
