Yes.
The new complex will control from Seven Hills to Lithgow and out to
Richmond.
New improvements include crossing loop and platform at Clarendon (did I
get that right?), duplication of the branch line from Seven Hills to
Maryong and new cross overs between  Seven Hills and Blacktown.
