More log loading

Koppers Logs in Canberra proposes to establish a new loading facility
south of Queanbeyan. The logs are for export to Japan via Port Kembla.

Options include (re)building a loop at Tuggeranong, using Royalla Loop
and running push-pull from Queanbeyan to a site 2 km south of Tralee
Homestead (map 21 ref P12 in the Canberra Yellow Pages). The Tralee site
is actually very close to the long proposed Hume container terminal. 

If it goes ahead, the Michelago Tourist Railway will return the
necessary portion of the track to the Rail Access Corporation, but will
retain running rights.

The contract for motive power is to be put out to tender.
