Bayside Trains - Ticket Inspectors

Hi,

I've been going to post about this for quite a while now, and here i go 
finally. I have travelled the 10:16am from Glenroy to Flinders Street for 
close to 12 months now (weekdays), and at least this year, I cannot recall 
seeing one ticket inspector. Having thought about it, I do not even recall 
ever seeing one on any other Broadmeadows line service. 

Travelling Bayside's direct competition, Hillside however, I have 
encountered them at least 3 times per month. This month being a fluke, so 
far, I believe about 4 times already. 

What is going on here? Are Bayside not interested in employing ticket 
inspectors any more?
