In NSW I think Bell was removed as a stopping place about a decade ago and
then was subsequently reopened for public use.

I can't recall if the Tamworth - Armidale line had its 'service suspended'
but the passenger service did cease.  If the line did close then Armidale,
Uralla, Walcha Road etc could be considered 'reopened stations'.
