King Cross indicator boards

Today at King Cross station I noticed that the lights indicating that a
train was to stop at Town Hall were not working on any of the indicator
boards. All of them had a sheet of paper taped onto them saying that all
trains stopped at Town Hall.

Given previous posts on this newsgroup can we suppose that new indicator
borards and equipment are on the way for Kings Cross (as at Martin Place)
and therefore they are not worth fixing, or are they just not going to fix
them anyway?
