Take it to either Upfield or Lilydale, open the gates at the end of the yard,
take the baulks off the track, drive at speed, lower pantos, and power on the
back up power supply for a while until the train is in the middle of no
where are leave it there to die.    

I think it has enough power to drive a fair way with out overhead, you
could drive it all the way to Somerton and scrap it. (from Upfield just for
fun.)
