To get access to a platform at RCE you would need to use the "second class"
platform.  The best way to access this platform with out stuffing up
the reqular train service (running every 5 minutes) would be to use the 
loop line from Showgounds.  But this would require the baulks to be unchained
and removed and the points unclipped.  Them a couple of signallers at
Showgrounds.
