ABB Raiway Engineering Works Roads Closure (Vic)

On the weekend of the 2-3 October ABB closed several railway crossings and
bridges between Morwell and Pakenham? for a major maintenance blitz.
Apparently they flew in staff from many parts of Australia for the work.
I am led to believe that during this period of activity points at Trafalgar
and Nar Nar Goon where removed from service.
Does any body know which points where removed and has this spelt the end of
these 2 locations as termination and run around stations?

The railway over Bunyip River Overflow,Valley Road,Bunyip
Railway xing Kooweerup-Longwarry Rd,Longwarry
Railway xing Ashby St,Trafalgar
Railway Underpass on Monash Way,Morwell
