The old one is now closed.  It closed about 1-2 weeks ago.

As the subject says "Princes Bridge" there is only one Princes Bridge, that 
would mean Swanston Street.  Saying Batman Ave then just locates you better.
It could have been "North Side" of the River, or "Outside" Flinders Street 
Station.
