G'day At 0845 hrs on the Williamstown, Werribee,Warranabool and Geelong line, saw this weird looking carriage being haul by H-4 (I think) to the city. Brown in colour, and a large centre door, six window forward of centre door, rear of the door look like a pacel van, until West Coast steamer block the view. Regards Capt. W. J. Somerville
