Annoying announcements on Yarra Trams

    Who else here hates the announcements on Yarra Trams? You are going
along quietly then all of a sudden you hear some loud crackling and an
annoying female voice saying some stupid message like:

"Hello and welcome to a new beginning for Yarra Trams. Your feedback is
important to us. Please take the time to fill out one of the forms
located near the ticket machine. Thank you for travelling Yarra Trams."
(This is an approximation)

    It gets a bit annoying after a while, especially when you use the
trams every day!!!! Does Swanston Trams also have these ridiculous
announcements?
