In Victoria,
stops are allowed at places without platforms
passengers sign indemnities
setting back is allowed at the start of a photostop, but is no longer
allowed after the run.
setting back has never been allowed in three-position
automatically-signalled territory, as in theory another train could be
behind legitimately.
