The tram extension from Mont Albert to Box Hill, train from St.Albans to
Sydenham, and all the new trams, trains and sprinters are part of the
contracts with Bayside, Hillside, Yarra, Swanston and V/Line Pass.  

They will go ahead nothing changes in that area.  

Just with Labour we get some more.  Also there is $20 million to kick
start the link from Broadmeadows to the Airport, $19 million for three
tracks beyond Box Hill (Blackburn-Mitcham, I think).

160 km/h running on country lines.  (Using the new sprinters that V/line
pass have to build).
