Hi,

Australia Post has really annoyed me lately. It's great that email exists 
now :) I get to witness a regular (monthly) mailout of letters to quite a 
large group of people, of which 10%-30% of the mail gets lost each month.

It would be nice to see the blue and gold parcels coaches going again :-)
