Notes on 9459

* This train was sighted at West Tower at 11:10 shunting to pick up
  "V/Line Freight" container traffic - this was attached to end of train
* Is this cement traffic to Lyndhurst?
* Grain wagons had V/Line logo painted out
* One container flat was painted in Freight Victoria livery
* Most container flats empty
