Rubbish!!

Reason No1 - Official inquiries do not always produce a result. As I understand
from the news reports, the official inquiry on the last major accident - at or
near the same spot several years ago - still has not convened. So how long do we
have to keep our mouths shut? Until we forget about it?

Reason No2 - free speech means anyone is free to express an opinion at any time
- no matter how wrong or ill informed (and this newsgroup is no exception to
that!!!)
