Simply to get more revenue.
Currently all trains from Darwin to Melb will run via the Adelaide Hills which 
means that RAC gets no revenue from them whatsoever.
If some or all of these trains run thru NSW , then this means that RAC pick up 
a fortune, GTKs all the way from Broken-Hill to Albury.
