Dave,
A traffic offence in one state appears on your license in points form
the financial penalty is pursued.
The City Link tolls are payable by interstate drivers, and for sure, many
will find themselves 'on it', Identified vehicles, including all interstate
vehicles will receive a notification to pay or will receive a fine if the
registered owner (or the person driving at the time) does not!
Don't like toll roading!! They should be FREE - WAY'S!
