One way of enabling double stacking of containers into Melbourne would
be to relocate
the freight terminals to Tottenham, thus avoiding Bunbury Street tunnel
altogether.
Running trains to Melbourne via Broken Hill, Roto, Griffith, Narrandera
and Shepparton
sounds like a good idea.
