Re upgrades to the Western line - discount fares

Do I really need to spell it out!  I was being sarcastic, when I asked if
there was a discount weekly. Yes I know there is no such a thing as a
discount or an off peak weekly.

Hell, we don't even have the option of obtaining a refund for poor or non
exist service let alone a discount!

Cityrail in their weak attempt to get us to accept their stuff ups and poor
planning offered us an olive branch in the hope we would accept it without
question.
