[Melb] MPV & MCG Tram Stop

The "MPV & MCG" tram stop was opened yesterday (Wednesday) for the game
last night at the MCG.  This includes the footbridge over the railway
line.  You get good views up and down the railway lines (inculding the
two ramps for the Caulfield Loop) and you can catch the tram there, then
catch the lift up to the bridge.

MPV = Multi Purpose Venue (Construction name, will be re-named when open)
MCG = Melbourne Cricket Ground

It is stop 7C, on route 70.
