I seem to recall that when the "new" DDIUs were first put in service
(DIM/DIT) they had the toilet flush button at the back of the pan and the
Alarm button where the flush button used to be on the wall. Not
surprisingly, there were some rather embarrassing incidents when someone
pressed the Alarm button by force of habit. The Alarm buttons were
subsequently placed much higher on the wall. (Which was probably a bad idea,
as someone in real need of help might not be able to get up from a seated
position to reach the button in its new location.)
