Yeah - the staff hate it. But why did the GM have to go? Why not the IT
idjuts who designed it?

A bit difficult when the rolling stock is as intensively utilised as it is,
in a business (oops, swear word) that is strapped for cash and therefore are
forced to scrimp and save. This is not conducive to on-time running.
