Work has commenced in the section Kandos-Mudgee. RSA units 4819/4827 and 11
NDAF wagons are presently being used to unload a mixture of timber & steel
sleepers. Work today was between Lue & Mt Knowles/Mt Frome. Tomorrow should
be Lue area & back towards Rylstone.
Sleepers are stockpiled at Lue and loaded into the NDAF's for unloading as
required. The train today was unloaded by midday when the units were shut
down & crew returned to Lithgow. Train reloaded ready for 0800 start
tomorrow.
