Re: 4D on move?

4D had been stabled in end track that passes through shed.
Now stabled on track beside shed at Scoresby Rd end.  Do not know when
moved.
Had red tail lamps on.  Maybe coupled to a 3 car Comeng.  Both Comeng and 4D
have pantos lowered.
4D has Hillside signage on the sides - is this new?

Does not appear as if going anywhere tonight but might be out and about in
the morning.
Is the 4D back in service?

What are the arrangements to get trains in and out of the maintenance
sidings, who controls the points?  As they are on Auto does that require
someone at Bayswater station to switch in or does the maintenance facility
control the points after being released by someother control panel?
