Will 5112 be left to rust to bits?

Was out at Orange on the weekend and stopped by at Orange East Fork to see
5112.
When you compare how it looks now with the photo in the ARHS Guide to
Australian Heritage Railways & Museums book, nothing appears to have been
done in the two years since that photo was taken.
The boiler cladding is still removed, coupleing rods are not connected and
the loco is sitting out in the whether.

The site was locked up both Saturday and Sunday with no one in attendance.

When you drive passed Bathurst station, the notice that stands where 5112
stood says the loco was removed Feb 1989 - more than ten years ago.

I rang the number for the Central West Railway Preservation Society this
morning only to be told by a nice lady that her husband was no longer
involved with the group.

Time Bathurst City Council got the loco back.
According to the notice, the boiler was inspected by the SRA and said to be
in very good condition.
It should be moved out of the whether before that good condition rusts away.

Anyone with any other information.
