Express Trains to Broadmeadows.... mmmmm
I spent 4 years travelling from Broadmeadows and Glenroy to the City, and
onto Glenferrie for Uni. I can remember there used to be a couple of non
passeenger taking express trains from BMS in the afternoon peak to return
trains to FSS. Express trains on the Belgrave/Lilydale lines. The best
trains to get were those that ran express from Richmond to Glenferrie.
Although it got frustrating waiting at Glenferrie in the evening peak to get
back to the City - most expresses at that time ran express from Camberwell.
