Metrol 'down'

G'day,

Metrol went down this morning (Thurs 27/5), or at least that's what the
Platform Supervisor told me.  It caused delays around Sth Kensington
which of course banked up, so me on the 8:49 Warrnambool didn't get away
until 9:02 (arriving at Geelong 49 mins later....).  An 8:44 Melton
'XPT' (Express P-class Train??) got away from platform 8 around 9:00.
8209 (8:55 Sth Geelong pass) departed it's platform before us, but was
held somewhere (outside no. 1 box?) and we overtook.  Must've been all
under control by 9:50, as 8220 was not delayed.
