Ballast from Boral, Deer Park

I can't find the message, but someone on aus.rail recently commented
that the Boral siding at Deer Park was out of service with orange
fencing across the tracks(?).

I've just observed X33 go out through Anderson Road on a down empty
ballast at about 1230, and has just crossed Anderson Road again as an
up loaded ballast at 1502 (it was X33's characteristic whistle that
made me pop my head out the door).  

Thus I *assume* they loaded at Boral at Deer Park.
