Victoria Street both ways is now out of use.

These tram stops will be removed very soon, they both have only a few people 
getting on/off but waste a lot of time.

The practice of short running to Lonsdale/La Trobe Street is what they are
trying to get rid of.  By making the trip about 4-5 minutes quicker each way
then they save a lot of time.

This morning there were Swanston Tram people at Victoria Street keeping the 
trams moving.  Only one person at Lincoln Sq he couldn't read "Stop Not in Use"
and wondered why all the trams keeped going past him dinging their bells.


Swanston Trams on the issue:
Either close a couple of trams stops, or have short running to La Trobe Street
either way thoes stops will not have a tram service.
