Re: Spencer Street and the Docklands



How about trains being hauled into the new underground platforms at Spencer
Street by electric locos? They could then be hauled easily via city loop and
Flinders Street. Locos could be attached at Sunshine, Dandenong,
Broadmeadows and Werribee.

Isn't this what happened at Grand Central in New York?
