Wednesday.
People were counting passengers in the carriages at both Clifton Hill and
West Richmond today. Looked like uni students so presumably RMIT still have
the contract for reporting on passenger numbers. Unusual they were at both
locations though, presumably want to know how many people use the stations
Victoria Park to W. Richmond. Does this mean there might be more / less
expresses?
Also, if anyone wants some \""""VR___\ tarps, there is a junkyard next to
the up line just past Collingwood with some.
