A bit of clarification needed here.
Does this mean that ARTC controls the corridor from Sth Dynon Jnct to 
Albury,or West Footscray Jnct to Albury.
Also is there any indication as to who employs the signallers at Wodonga A,Nth 
Geelong C and Maroona.
Do the ARTC Train controllers sit in 59 Collins St or has control been shifted 
to Adelaide?
