I assume the numbers of trains given above means that number of Down
trains, plus that number of Up trains (else how do the odd numbers
arise)?. This would mean 420 trains per week on the single line, I
think the Dec '98 Network Service Plan for the line showed about 240
per week, so the current TT is a vast increase, a larger number of
trains per week than even in the line's hey-day (1970, 341 trains per
week).

Where does one obtain the details of this temporary TT? Is there a W
circular, a public TT, a notice in the press?
