Melton - Bacchus Marsh closed

Are all trains being truncated at Melton, or will Ballarat trains run via
North Shore? I know that line is pretty congested between North Geelong
and Moorabool...

I wonder if, while under absolute occupation, it would be possible to run
a fan trip from Ballarat to Bacchus Marsh and back with photo stops. There
is a working steam loco at Ballarat again, so..... :)
