What, they want to move train braking systems into the 20th century!! (and just
in time for the 21st century) I applaud it. No doubt this is being done to
allow real trains (lengthwise) to run in Vic. but I wonder how well it will
work if other states don't wish to follow FV into the 20th century.

Anyway, even if they just start with the grain fleet they will see immediate
returns on their investment due  to less trains needing to operate to move the
same amount of grain.

Once again, Victoria takes its rightfull place as the leading light of
Australia's rail systems! Hooray!
