Blue Mountains to Olympic Games venues

Does anyone know details of these services, or where to get them?

For the Homebush venue, do you change trains at Parramatta? How long does it
take to get from Parramatta to the games site?

Will there be shuttle buses from Penrith Station to Penrith Lakes?

How about other games venues?
