To the Steamrail Board

Have a look at all the input people are giving to you.
Listen for once and do something about it.  For a long time the people who
ride the trains voices have been shunted and I think it is time for the
Board to take on these issues and deal with them as after all, they are the
people who fill those seats on your tours.  If it means adding and extra
carriage, do it. 
Steamrail needs to have a review on all of its operations, go through the
problems, listen to the people and come up with a conclusion.  Bring new
ideas to the tours, try out ideas just do not talk about it as you will
never know unless you do something about it.
